\n1. Sit/Stand upright with the hand straight and wrist in neutral position
2. Wrap a measure tape around the Wrist
3. Hold measure tape flat against body not too tight and take a reading
Hand wash with mild detergent and water at room temperature. Dry in shade on a flat surface. Do not dry clean. Do not Iron or Bleach.
