What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for regional locations across India.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain medical and orthopedic supports cannot be returned once opened.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a unique tracking link to monitor your package in real-time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Are Vissco Next products covered by a warranty?
Yes, most of our rehabilitation and clinical products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Specific duration varies by product category.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has moved to the processing or shipping stage, we are unable to make modifications.
